1. Administrative support, not legal advice
RentFlow provides practical administrative support for rental-dispute matters, which may include information collection, document organisation, translation coordination, application preparation, service coordination and process follow-up.
Unless RentFlow expressly confirms otherwise in writing for a specific matter, information on this website and any assessment result:
- is general information and administrative guidance only;

- does not create a lawyer-client relationship, fiduciary relationship or representation agreement; and

2. Assessments and human review
Case assessments are designed to collect information and help identify a possible service path. Questions and preliminary routing cannot account for every fact, document, defence, deadline or legal exception.
An assessment result is not a determination of rights, liability, eligibility, jurisdiction, case strength or likely outcome. Submission does not mean RentFlow has accepted your matter. A person must review the information before scope, availability, fees or next steps are confirmed.
3. No guarantee of result
Past examples, service descriptions, timelines or process explanations do not guarantee acceptance, registration, settlement, judgment, enforcement, recovery, eviction, appeal or any other result. Outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, applicable rules, authority decisions, third parties and circumstances outside RentFlow’s control.
4. Deadlines and urgent matters
Rental disputes and related applications may involve strict limitation, notice, payment, filing, appeal or enforcement deadlines. Website content, automated messages and assessment acknowledgements are not deadline calculations.
You remain responsible for identifying and protecting any deadline unless RentFlow has expressly accepted a specific deadline-related task in writing. Do not wait for an assessment response if a deadline may be approaching. Seek qualified legal advice or contact the relevant authority promptly.
For emergencies, threats to safety, suspected criminal conduct or urgent property access issues, contact the appropriate emergency service, police, regulator, authority or qualified professional. RentFlow is not an emergency service.
5. Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep website information clear and useful, but laws, procedures, fees, forms, authority practices and service availability can change. Content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. We do not promise that all content is complete, current or suitable for a particular matter.
Official government, court, tribunal and regulatory sources take priority over general website content. Government or RDC charges, translation, expert, notification, legal and other third-party fees are separate from RentFlow service fees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
6. Your information and documents
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information and for telling us promptly if it changes. You must have authority to share documents or personal data relating to an owner, tenant, occupier, employee, client or other person.
RentFlow may identify apparent gaps, readability issues or inconsistencies, but administrative review does not authenticate a document, verify ownership or authority, detect every alteration, or establish that evidence will be accepted by an authority.
Do not send original documents unless specifically requested. Keep independent copies of all documents and communications.
7. Third-party services and links
RentFlow may link to or communicate through third-party services such as WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment providers, government portals or other websites. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and security. A link or integration does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee.
8. Service scope and engagement
No service engagement is formed merely because you visit the website, complete an assessment or send a message. Any engagement is subject to written confirmation of scope, required information, service fees, third-party charges, responsibilities and applicable terms.
RentFlow may decline or pause a request where information is incomplete, authority is unclear, a conflict or compliance concern arises, the requested work is outside scope, or specialist legal advice is needed.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentFlow and its operator are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, an unreviewed assessment result, an external website, inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a user, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any rights that applicable consumer law does not permit a supplier to waive.
