These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of RentFlow.ae and any services expressly accepted by RentFlow. RentFlow is a service operated by Aburuf Translation Services ("RentFlow", "we", "us" or "our").

By using the website, submitting an assessment or instructing us to begin an agreed service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or instruct us to proceed.

1. What RentFlow provides

RentFlow provides administrative and document-support services for rental-dispute matters. Depending on the written scope agreed with you, services may include information collection, document organisation, translation coordination, application preparation, procedural coordination and follow-up.

RentFlow does not provide legal advice or legal representation unless that service is expressly confirmed in writing by a properly authorised provider. Website information and assessment routing are general administrative guidance only. Please read our Legal Disclaimer before relying on any information.

2. Assessments and enquiries

Completing an assessment or sending an enquiry does not create a service engagement and does not mean your matter has been accepted. Assessment results are preliminary and subject to human review.

We may ask for more information, decline a request, recommend specialist advice, or confirm that a requested service falls outside our scope. You remain responsible for protecting deadlines until we expressly accept a specific deadline-related task in writing.

3. Forming a service engagement

A service engagement begins only when we confirm in writing:

Messages, quotations and invoices may form part of the agreed scope. If there is a conflict, the most recent written scope confirmation takes priority for the specific service.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

You must not provide false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawfully obtained or altered information. We may pause or end a service if authority, accuracy, legality, payment or cooperation is unclear.

5. Documents and translations

Administrative review may identify apparent omissions, inconsistencies or readability problems but does not authenticate documents, establish ownership, verify signatures, detect every alteration or guarantee acceptance by an authority.

Translation, certification, notarisation and attestation requirements vary. Machine-generated or working translations are not certified translations. Where certified translation or another specialist service is required, it must be separately confirmed and may involve a third-party provider and additional fees.

6. Fees and third-party charges

RentFlow service fees cover only the scope stated in writing. Government, RDC, court, tribunal, notification, expert, translation, legal, payment-processing, courier and other third-party fees are separate unless expressly included.

Authority and third-party charges can change and may be payable directly to the relevant provider. Estimates are not guarantees of the final amount. Additional work or a change in scope requires your approval before additional RentFlow service fees are charged.

Payment timing will be stated in the quotation, invoice or written confirmation. We may wait for cleared payment before starting or continuing work.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started, what work has been completed, and whether non-refundable third-party costs have been incurred.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Timelines and deadlines

Any timeline is an estimate unless we expressly accept a fixed delivery obligation in writing. Timing may depend on the completeness of your information, your approvals, payment, translation, third-party providers, authority systems and authority processing times.

We do not control government, RDC, court, tribunal or third-party decisions, appointments, portal availability or processing times. You must tell us immediately about any deadline or time-sensitive development. An assessment acknowledgement or routine message is not confirmation that we have accepted responsibility for a deadline.

9. Communications and approvals

We may communicate through the channels you provide or choose, including telephone, email and WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping contact information current and monitoring those channels.

An approval given through an agreed communication channel may be treated as your instruction to proceed. Review documents carefully before approval. If you identify an error, notify us promptly and before submission where possible.

10. Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You should provide only information reasonably necessary for the service and use the channel requested by our team for sensitive documents.

We take reasonable confidentiality and security measures, but no internet or messaging channel is completely secure. Third-party platforms such as WhatsApp operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Intellectual property

The RentFlow name, website design, original website content, workflows and service materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may use materials supplied for your matter for their intended personal or business purpose. You may not reproduce, resell, publish or commercially exploit our website or templates without written permission.

You retain rights in documents and information you provide and grant us permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to assess, perform and administer the requested service and comply with law.

12. Third-party services and authorities

Links, portals, providers and authority services are operated independently. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, decisions or terms. Use of a third-party service may require you to accept that provider’s terms or make payment directly.

13. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee registration, acceptance, settlement, judgment, enforcement, recovery, eviction, appeal or any other result. Outcomes depend on facts, evidence, applicable rules, authority decisions, counterparties and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Suspension and termination

We may pause or end a service where:

If a service ends, fees and refunds will be assessed based on completed work, committed resources and third-party costs, subject to applicable law.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentFlow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, authority or third-party delay, or loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any non-waivable consumer rights. The Legal Disclaimer also applies to website information and assessment outputs.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, processes or legal obligations change. The version published when a service is accepted will normally apply to that service unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. The latest website-use terms apply to future website use.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the Emirate of Dubai. Courts or tribunals with lawful jurisdiction will determine disputes.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and try to resolve the concern. This does not prevent either party from protecting an urgent deadline or using a right that cannot be restricted.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact details or WhatsApp link published on RentFlow.ae. Do not include unnecessary case documents in the first message.
