This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for RentFlow services. RentFlow is a service operated by Aburuf Translation Services.
This policy forms part of the RentFlow Terms and Conditions. It does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Before payment
Please review the written service scope, fee, exclusions, required documents and separate third-party charges before paying. Ask us to clarify anything that is unclear.
Submitting an assessment does not itself create a payment obligation or service engagement.
2. Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel an accepted service before work begins and before we incur a committed third-party cost, you may request a refund of the RentFlow service fee paid for that service.
Any clearly disclosed, non-refundable payment-processing charge or third-party cost already incurred may be deducted where permitted by law.
3. Cancelling after work starts
If work has started, any refund will be assessed according to:
- the work completed and time reasonably committed;
- documents, translations, applications or other deliverables already prepared;
- third-party services ordered or costs incurred;
- reserved or time-sensitive work undertaken at your request; and
- the unused portion of the agreed RentFlow service scope.
We may provide a partial refund for the unperformed portion of a divisible service. No refund is normally due for work already completed and delivered, subject to applicable law and any service-quality concern described below.
4. Third-party and authority charges
Government, RDC, court, tribunal, notification, expert, translation, legal, payment-processing, courier and other third-party charges are controlled by the relevant provider.
Once paid, committed or submitted, these charges may be non-refundable or subject to the provider’s own refund rules. RentFlow cannot promise a refund of a third-party amount that the provider does not return. If a third-party refund is received for you, we will pass it on after deducting only any properly disclosed and lawful amount.
5. Completed or delivered services
A completed service is generally not refundable merely because:
- an authority, tribunal, court, counterparty or third party makes an unfavourable decision;
- the matter settles, changes or becomes unnecessary after the work is completed;
- you decide not to use a completed document or proceed with the next stage; or
- processing takes longer than expected for reasons outside RentFlow’s control.
RentFlow does not guarantee a case outcome. Refunds concern the agreed service, not the result of a dispute or authority process.
6. Service-quality concerns
If you believe an agreed service was not provided with reasonable care or materially differed from the confirmed scope, contact us promptly with:
- your name and contact details;
- the relevant invoice, payment reference or service reference;
- a concise explanation of the concern; and
- the resolution you are requesting.
We will review the scope, communications and work completed. Where appropriate, we may correct or repeat work, complete an omitted item, issue a credit, or provide a full or partial refund. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
7. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you made a duplicate payment or paid an incorrect amount, contact us promptly and provide the payment reference. Once verified, an overpayment will be returned through an appropriate method, subject to payment-provider processing and lawful verification requirements.
8. How to request cancellation or a refund
Send the request through the contact details or WhatsApp link published on RentFlow.ae and begin the message with “Refund Request”. Include the service or invoice reference, payment date, amount and reason for the request. Do not send unnecessary identity or case documents in the first message.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the payer, authority and payment. We will acknowledge the request and communicate the outcome or any missing information through an appropriate contact channel.
9. Approved refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where practical. Bank, card, payment-provider and cross-border processing times are outside RentFlow’s control. If the original method is unavailable, we may require verification before using another lawful method.
10. Chargebacks and unresolved concerns
Please contact us first so we can investigate a payment or service concern. This does not remove any right you may have to contact your payment provider, consumer-protection authority or another competent body.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy when our services, payment methods or legal obligations change. The policy applicable when a service is accepted will normally govern that service unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
